Cancellation Policy

- To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us 24 hours before the start of the class, otherwise you will miss that lesson from your monthly subscription plan. - We can not carry over any missing classes to the next month. - The Membership Plans are running 40 weeks per year. All classes will follow a normal school calendar. That means that there will be some months with half term or end of term breaks, for which players must fill in their lessons within the weeks where the programme runs. Please check the coaching calendar for the year where all the breaks are noted, to avoid disappointment. - The subscription plans are running for 11 months. On August you will not be charger as it is a full month where no classes will be available. - All plans can be cancelled at anytime, but they will remain active until the current monthly plan expires (for example, you cancel on the 18th of the month but were due to renew on the 28th, your plan is active until the 27th of that month)
