Who designed these training sessions?
I am partnering with Nathan and Giselle Martin, who are known around the world for their fitness training expertise to bring you these training sessions.
Amongst many others, Nathan and Giselle have worked with athletes such as Lleyton Hewitt, Martina Navratilova and Sam Stosur.

Can you explain in more detail about what each training session involves?
There are six different sessions – each lasting 45 minutes with 10 minutes for mobility at the beginning and 5 minutes for stretching out at the end.
WORKOUT 1 - TENNIS STRENGTH / CORE (BODY WEIGHT)
WORKOUT 2 - TENNIS STRENGTH / CORE (RESISTANCE BANDS)
WORKOUT 3 - TENNIS POWER
WORKOUT 4 - TENNIS FOOTSPEED / COORDINATION
WORKOUT 5 - TENNIS MOVEMENT
WORKOUT 6 - TENNIS CORE
This program will get you fit, strong and have you moving better on court, all in 6 sessions. I recommend to repeat the sessions twice per week to get more familiarised with the movements and exercises. Once you finish this 6 sessions programme, rest 1 or 2 weeks and i recommend to do it a second time, everyone gets a lot more out of the programs the second time through. What equipment do I need for this program?
We have designed this program with minimal equipment requirements.
Equipment list; Gym Mat, Resistance band, Medicine ball, Cones/Markers. Only some of the programs require equipment. If you do not have the required equipment, you can easily improvise.
How do I access these training sessions?
You have two options. You can either train with me in person, on a one to one basis, in an outdoor a location of your choice. Or you can do the sessions online via Zoom at the times and dates below:
- Mondays at 18:00h for 1 hour.
- Thursdays at 10:00h for 1 hour.
I will keep repeating all these sessions, so don’t worry if you miss one, as it will be repeated again at a later date. And it doesn’t matter what order you do them in.
What do the sessions cost?
If you train with me in person on a one to one basis, at a location of your choice, the cost is £80 per hour. The cost is £80 as opposed to my coaching fee of £70 as I have to allow for time spent travelling to multiple locations across London.
If would like to commit to all six training sessions on a one to one basis with me, the cost is £420.
Or you can access all six training sessions on line via Zoom. Each session is £16.00. You don’t have to do the sessions consecutively – you can simply book into which ones you want to complete in any order that suits you. I will always be running two online sessions each week.
